My husband and I had the special. Corned beef sloppy Joe sandwich. It was unbelievable. Anthony and Gino are very friendly and top notch. Inside are tables for you to stay and eat. We love Pascarella Brothers.

I ordered a Friday Joe with a pickle on the side. These are nice people. They are personable and kind to their customers and clearly value them. The place is a beehive of activity, it is clean, the food is extremely fresh, my sandwich was absolutely huge and delicious, and the pickle was crisp and perfect. I will go back anytime I can.

I only got the Taylor Ham, Egg & Cheese sandwich. Just a solid ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. Bread was not dry. The only thing I would suggest that would make it perfect is a gooey egg center. Plenty of seating. No issues with service.

This is "The Best Taylor Ham Sandwich in New Jersey" and all the hype everyone has been sending out for this place is completely justified. So after diving face first into this Stacked Epic Handheld Masterpiece of Deliciousness from Pascarella Brother's, I've listed my scoring results below:    ~Flavor is a perfect 5 out of 5 as the crispy charred yet moist meat slices were grilled to perfection, the eggs too were also fried perfectly, and all that melted cheese added soo much tangy gooey savory flavor. Plus salt, pepper, and ketchup for the win.    ~Portion is easily 5 out of 5 especially with an enormous amount of Meat, two Large Eggs, and a Ton of Cheese. Holy Smokes this thing is a Freakin Beast. Lol!!    ~Quality is a solid 5/5 and is so undeniably noticeable in each and every tremendously tasty bite. Also bonus points awarded for that freshly baked Kaiser Roll which is the perfect foundation for this Boss Level Sandwich to be built upon.    And for those of you keeping score, that all adds up to a Beyond Perfect Taylor Ham Sandwich!! So yeah you best believe all the Hype is Real. Can't wait to try everything else these SuperCool Deli Brothers are serving up!! Come And Get Your Best Munch On!!

When you tout the best Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese in New Jersey I had to give it an objective taste test. Bagel: Fluffy, no crunch/hard corners, warm 5/5 Taylor Ham: 6 slices, off the grill, bordering on too greasy but well executed and not burnt 4/5 Egg: 2 eggs, well formed and not too runny. Creative placement with 2 slices of Taylor Ham in between 5/5 Cheese: good coverage in between layers, melted, american cheese, compliments the sandwich. 5/5 Overall: 19/20. Well crafted sandwich, delicious with the right balance of all key ingredients. Not messy, not dry. Large seating area in the rear if the smaller cafe tables aren't your style. Easily accomodating parties of 4, 6, 8+ even more. The room back there is huge!

After living in Chatham for 32 years, I finally went to Pascarealla Brothers for a THEC, and it did not disappoint! As others have reported the Taylor Ham is thick with a nice crisp. The eggs and cheese are hot and gooey and the roll holds up well. It may have too much Taylor Ham (If that's even a thing) since the ham-to-egg ratio was a bit off. That said maybe it just needed a little more egg? Regardless, it was amazing and I'll be back for more!

The Best TEC sandwich in the state of NJ. Also their deli is 5 stars with unbelievable sandwiches, salads and hot meals. They are also a certified GF facility and can make most meals GF.

On my way to work, I finally stopped by this place for a breakfast sandwich. It has been on my to-visit list forever. I arrived really early in the morning, and there was no wait. Of course, I had to order the famous Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese sandwich with salt, pepper, and ketchup. Words can not describe how delicious this sandwich was. The bread they use was soft and very fresh. Then, the taylor ham was excellent. It was charred perfectly, they put 5 slices on each sandwich, and even divided each piece between the eggs and cheese. The taste of this sandwich was out of this world. It's so flavorful. And this is a loaded sandwich. It will definitely fill you up. Hands down the best THEC! This is a must try for all sandwich lovers.
